Lilac Gallery New York is pleased to present this installation of works by Cindy Shaoul. Exhibiting a more impressionistic technique these paintings are from the artist's Hollywood abstract series, where she instills the character on the lower half of the composition and depicts abstract colors and movements around them. The dripping gold paint from Cindy's portraits works symbolizes the golden age of Hollywood and the fast brushwork symbolizes the emotion that is felt with in the character.
