A wonderfully rich beach scene done in Zandvoort Holland in the Mid-20th Century depicting figures in the sand. Some figures are by the water as kids play in the distance. The impressionist details are greatly admired as Arie van Noort is considered one of the last representatives of The Hague School as an impressionist painter in the French line. This painting is signed lower right and comes housed in a simple contemporary off-white-tone wood frame with hanging wire on verso.
