A wonderful circular mixed media on canvas painting. Executed with bold, bright colors and beautiful pops of metallic and gold. The First Time I Met You is part of a series of abstract fluid paintings made up of acrylic brush strokes combined with layers of fluid paint. It is an abstract piece that aims to convey an emotive response of the feelings someone has the first time they meet someone. Messy layers and brush strokes of paint together with fluid paint form to portray a sense of movement balanced alongside negative space allowing the painting to breathe among the layers.
